One of my leading financial services clients in Amsterdam is urgently seeking a Chief Product Owner (Enterprise Content Management) for a long term contract paying excellent rates. This is an indefinite assignment. If you like it, you will never have to leave.

THE CHIEF PRODUCT OWNER (ENTERPRISE CONTENT MANAGEMENT) WILL IDEALLY HAVE AT LEAST 65% OF THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:

- Agile way of working, Certified as Product Owner, experience with Enterprise Content Management.
- Knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework is an advantage.
- Be able to manage and to collaborate with other Product Owners.
- Documentum, IT4IT, experience with backlog management tools.
- Knowledge of other EMC products is an advantage.

CHIEF PRODUCT OWNER (ENTERPRISE CONTENT MANAGEMENT) WILL PERFORM THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Deliver productized Enterprise Content Management services to the domains.
- Reduce the Total Cost of Ownership for ECMSet up a shared platform within the ECM domain, first focused on the Document and Dossier management services.
- Set up continuous delivery for the shared Documentum solution including monitoring, automated testing, automated deployment, etc.
- Set up the governance for the shared Documentum solution for future developments.
- Setup and the roadmap for on boarding parties and align the roadmap with current demand for change for Documentum.
- The Chief Product Owner (Enterprise Content Management) is responsible for defining, developing and improving the roadmap and backlog. The Chief Product Owner (Enterprise Content Management) is the linking pin between the business partners, end users and our dev ops team.
- The Chief Product Owner (Enterprise Content Management) will work together with all stakeholders to make sure everybody knows why, what and when we are going to build.
- The Chief Product Owner (Enterprise Content Management) is confident to communicate with the various management levels.
- In the first phase of the programme, a shared platform will be created and the consuming parties will on board a new shared platform.
- During succeeding phases Common Services based on a Common ECM data model and REST API's will be implemented for the domains.
- The end state is a group wide ECM process supported by a shared platform and shared ECM software.
