CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER - COO - FICC

My client, a Tier 1 Investment Bank, is looking for a COO to provide support to the Macro Central COO to assist in managing the Macro business, generate efficiencies across the Macro COO team and fulfil chief of staff responsibilities to the Global Head of Macro. The successful candidate will have good knowledge of either Fixed Income, FX or Commodities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Providing management support
- Creating management presentations on business performance
- Preparing business plans
- Driving efficiencies across the Macro COO team
- Project management
- Interfacing with infrastructure partners
- Assisting with MI preparation
- Managing and resolving audit points
- Assisting with cost management

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

- Good knowledge of either Fixed Income, FX or Commodities
- Bachelors degree
- Must be able to switch from task to task seamlessly at short notice, managing multiple deliverables simultaneously
- Excel, Word and Powerpoint proficiency essential
- Bias for action, self-starter
- Good communication skills at all levels of seniority
