Chief Negotiator (Telecom)

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the world-leading telecom operator's business contract negotiation and clarification; understanding the telecom operator's requirement, and achieve the most business benefit via technical tactics, optimizing both short-term/long-term strategy profit.
- Responsible for the internal negotiation team planning and constructing, to initiate the negotiation and clarification methodology and work guideline, to build negotiation and clarification knowledge base.
- Responsible for the contract review and coordinate the work between multi-dept including business, legal, financial, product and etc.
- Training and guide the team member to improve their capability.
- Experience:
- 15+ years of work experience on Telecom solution/IT Service field with a certain influence

Qualifications:

- Proficient in international marketing and trade, familiar with international commercial law, finance, insurance, transportation, business management and international marketing has a deep, extensive knowledge, has extensive experience in international negotiations, and familiar with national laws, culture and business etiquette.
- Familiar with the status and trends of software and communications industry; Has well understanding of the relevant business and techniques;
- Excellent knowledge & understanding of different Telecom software business model, business clause, risk management, business affairs, law and etc.
- Excellent skills in negotiation as well as effectively communication with a world-leading Telecom operator on all levels for project operation.
- Good understanding of Carrier software network including service flow, service operation, business value and development trend.

Industry background:

Strong Knowledge and experience in telecom domain

Education background:

Bachelor of computer or electronics or higher degree

Language:

Excellent communication skills in English.
