Chief Architect - Cellular/Mobile Networks

Flint Consulting are currently recruiting for the role of Chief Network Architect for Wireless/Mobile Networks for a 3 month assignment based in Atlanta.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As Chief Architect you will be responsible for overall solution design and implementation of a hosted network solution integrated with a wireless operator access network and with B/OSS system.

This role will require the establishment of solution requirements, high-level design, detailed design, and integration of the solution. You will act as the technical solution lead, and will cooperate with project management, product management, engineering and QA to ensure the design and delivery of a complete solution.

Daily interface with the clients partners from engineering to CXO level is required and you will be will act as a primary point of contact for all network and integration technical matters. You will report to the CTO, on progress and issues.

REQUIREMENTS:

- 6 to years experience in solution design and integration.
- Experience in network implementation. Strong project management skills.
- Detailed knowledge of GSM/UMTS/LTE networks - signalling/protocol and call-flow level.
- Strong knowledge of wireless pre-paid solutions for voice and data, including CAMEL and Diameter.
- Strong knowledge of wireless network - B/OSS integration.
- Proven experience in designing/integration of complex networking solutions. Highly effective at working in multi-company solution design/integration/delivery teams.
