Experience in Cherwell technology
Microsoft SQL Server (2002) experience and MS SQL for SQL queries, procedures, views
Deep C# knowledge of the Cherwell Trebuchet API
Cherwell Trebuchet API knowledge
PowerShell knowledge for customized web service implementations and CMDB connectors
.NET Framework 4.x knowledge (CLI)
Cherwell reporting engine knowledge for customized reports
Implementation of customized dashboards and widgets in Cherwell
Definition of object relationships in Cherwell
MS IIS Web Server knowledge
Experience with XML, XSD, and SOAP
Configuration of Cherwell Self Service Portal
Creation and maintenance of Cherwell One Steps
Enhanced Cherwell queue configuration
Enhanced Cherwell scheduler configuration
Configuration of forms and grid objects in Cherwell
Configuration and implementation of enhanced business processes in Cherwell
Candidate should be able to convert business requirements into technical design
Familiarity with confluence, Java, Windows Shell script added advantage.
