Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for a CHERWELL APPLICATION ADMINISTRATOR who is able to assist in continuing to enhance the use of the product, (ie introducing new out-of-the-box functions or to customize existing functions as required in the future) for one of their prestigious clients, an intergovernmental organization, based in Geneva.

YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will provide the following Services:-

- Review the current configuration
- Extend the multi-tenant configuration
- Continue to enhance use of the product
- Introduce new out-of-the-box functions
- Customise existing functions as required in the future
- Create suitable documentation of the changes that have been introduced

TO DELIVER THE REQUIRED RESULTS, IT'S ESSENTIAL THAT YOU HAVE:

- 5 - 10 years experience of Cherwell Application administration
- Cherwell Service Management version 8.1.1.1612
- Knowledge of MS Windows Server 2012
- MS SQL Database Server
