CHEMIST needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Framingham, MA.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Mass spectrometrist with strong analytical skills
- Bioanalytical experience

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Responsible for conducting bioanalytical studies to support various projects.
- Develop quantitative mass spectrometry-based assays for biomolecules including lipids, carbohydrates, peptides and proteins in various biological matrices.
- Support manufacturing product characterizations such as enzyme activity assays and conduct comparability studies of recombinant proteins generated from new cell culture processes or different scales.
- Identify biomarkers and perform assays development and validation.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Specialize in Analytical Chemistry/Biochemistry or a related field, along with two (2+) years of direct bioanalytical experience in a pharmaceutical or academic environment.
- Ph.D. degree in Analytical Chemistry/Biochemistry or a related field with zero to one (0 - 1) year of experience; M.S. with two to four (2 - 4) years of experience.

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Extensive experience in utilizing TRIPLE QUADRUPLE OR higher mass resolution MASS SPECTROMETER for biomolecule QUANTITATIVE assays is desired.
