Spend Manager In the position of Spend manager you will be responsible for harmonization of data. The main purpose of this position is to recognise and identify patterns. So do you see a challenge in optimizing processes? Are you capable of speeding up product related processes? Than this Spend Manager position would suit you!

The company

The company is a large multinational that is an industry leading organisation. You will be operating in a mixed team and will work in an international environment.

Core Tasks:

- Harmonization / classification of newly loaded NPR spend records in BW using information maintained in BU SAP systems, BW or other information sources
- Improve vendor and/or material classification maintained in SAP or Non-SAP systems.
- Improve the processes designed to harmonize NPR spend data, with focus on minimizing the manual steps required
- Product related (PR) and non-product related (NPR) spend analysis to support Spend Area and Key Supplier strategies
- Purchase commission calculations for cross-BU contracts
- Benchmarking for raw material prices and searching for alternative raw material sources
- Ad-hoc data request which includes support for quarterly presentations for investor relation meetings

Your profile:

- Strong analytical skills
- Advanced in Microsoft Excel and Access
- SQL knowledge is an advantage
- Experience with Master data management in SAP or other systems
- Knowledge / experience with NPR spend information or harmonization processes
- Fluent in English
- Dutch language skills either native or B2 level
