Projektbeschreibung
Our key client, a global pharmaceutical leader, is looking for a Process Engineer/Chemical Engineer to join their Process Development department, supporting the API and oral solid dosage facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Participation on cross-functional teams responsible for the development and scale-up of Phase III processes, as well as the introduction and launch of new commercial products for Merck.
Working on teams responsible for new product introductions
Execution of process development & scale-up of new clinical products.
Evaluation of process fits, equipment set-ups and process safety for new products.
Design of robust processes and operations to ensure right-first-time process validation delivering target production rates and yields
Providing on-the-floor technical support during production start-ups.
Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensuring that any deviations from safety, quality and environmental compliance requirements are thoroughly investigated and corrected.
Key Qualifications:
An Honours degree in Chemical Engineering or a closely-related discipline.
Ability to plan, prioritise and effectively manage time and meet deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A team player with energy and initiative.
Demonstrated problem solving skills.
Knowledge of lean six sigma would be of benefit.
The ideal candidates will have experience in the pharmaceutical industry
