Chemical Form Operator

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a CHEMICAL FORM OPERATOR to join our client in Newport, DE.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Candidate will be running the fiber/spinning process.
- Individual will be working with solvents, solutions, and pellets.
- Mechanical skills will be utilized by measuring pressure, flows, and dimensions.
- This individual will be responsible to starting the machine and then transporting the fibers to the coating area.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Candidate must possess a High School diploma or GED.
- Two to five (2-5) years of experience as a chemical operator in a large manufacturing facility.
- Strong mechanical skills with the ability to read gauges, flow diagrams, and dimensions.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to work well individually and on a team.
- Individual needs to have flexible hours.
- Operator will be on feet most of day, working around several different types of epoxies.
- MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT AND CARRY 50LBS.
