New Visions Unlimited, Inc. is looking for a contract Chemical Dependency Counselor to provide group and individual counseling for our men's only group in an outpatient setting.
Requirements
- Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant (CDCA) Minimum Licensure., LCDCII, LCDCIII, or LSW Preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year work experience in chemical dependency counseling performing the following tasks:
- Facilitating chemical dependency group therapy.
- Providing individual counseling, intake, case management, crisis intervention, assessment, and discharge planning.
- Clinical documentation.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- CPR and First Aid training certification (may be completed within three months of date of hire).
- Final applicant is required to be fingerprinted to complete background check.
- $11 to $15 per hour.
