Checkpoint Security Engineer

My Client, a security consultancy based in Zurich is looking a Checkpoint Security Engineer for an immediate start for an initial 6 month contract.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Customer focused with the ability to communicate at all levels of management, well presented and technically authoritative
Deliver a service that customers praise and are truly able to call an extension of their security team/virtual security team
Inspire and support other team members (knowledge sharing/on job training)
Support and direct the growth of the service without losing our uniqueness
Able to meet SLA's and KPI's
Candidates will need to have a proven IT security background within a consultancy or support environment.

As well as technical product knowledge of:

Networking (Cisco, Juniper, HP etc.)
Firewalls - Checkpoint, Cisco ASA, Juniper SRX/SSG, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Mcafee
Application Security - F5, Barracuda, Citrix
IDS/IPS
Architecture principals
Authentication (SSO, 2FA, Radius, LDAP etc.)
Proxy Server: Bluecoat, Ironport, Websense
SIEM
