CHARTERED SURVEYOR contract opportunity working in LONDON for 59 WORKING DAYS.

We are looking for a CHARTERED SURVEYOR for our public sector client.

JOB TITLE: Chartered Surveyor.

LOCATION: London

DURATION: 59 working days.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- A full RICS/IRRV surveying qualification (valuation/General Practice) or equivalent is required.
- RICS qualified Chartered Surveyor with General Practice valuation experience.
- Experience in valuing domestic property preferred.

KEY TASKS AND DELIVERABLES:

- An opportunity has arisen within the Statutory Valuation Team for a temporary RICS Chartered Surveyor.
- Advice on valuations and apportionments for inheritance tax, capital gains tax and other taxes administered by HMRC.
- Providing technical advice and guidance to clients in related areas of work.
- Dealing with a large individual caseload, including providing expert witness evidence at planning appeals and public inquiries, delivering quality work to deadlines.
- Recording time spent on cases for charging purposes and delivering value for money.
