Chartered Surveyor - Midlands/Leeds/Scotland/Birmingham/St Albans/Manc

I am looking to hire multiple Chartered Surveyors with my Public Sector Client in following locations Midlands/Leeds/
Scotland/Birmingham/St Albans/Manchester.

This a 60 days Contract role.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE

- We require a fully qualified member of the RICS Registered Valuer scheme.

KEY TASKS AND DELIVERABLES

- The requirement is for RICS Chartered Surveyors in the areas of Scotland, West Midlands, Yorkshire and the East of England. The base office will be discussed with applicants. Fully qualified members of RICS including the RICS Registered Valuer scheme and the relevant level of general Red Book valuation experience. Our specialist sector teams have extensive experience in central government, regional, local and devolved government, health, transport and infrastructure, environment, emergency services, and educational bodies. The specific work areas will predominantly involve asset valuations and therefore an understanding of the current IFRS standards is essential. There will be other areas of work where knowledge of Compensation, Development Viability and valuations for the health sector under the reimbursement schemes may also be required.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- Individuals will be expected to deliver work to tight deadlines, working directly to the Team Leader. Technical project managers and sector specialists will provide further support and guidance. Work areas are generally high profile and of a sensitive nature, and any conflict of interest will be explored with interested candidates. Full cost recovery will be required on all work areas including case management including invoicing. IT knowledge, decision making, communication skills and planning are also key essentials. A full driving licence will be essential including overnight stays when necessary.
