***Chartered Estates Surveyor - Helensburgh - 6 month contract ***

Our public sector client has a fantastic opportunity for a Chartered Estates Surveyor to develop, manager and deliver an efficient and effective Asset / Estates Management function across the organisation by coordinating and delivering the Corporate Asset Management Plan.

Your will be responsible for:

* Provision of a property management service
* Disposal of surplus assets
* Provision of asset valuations.
* Undertaking the survey and measurement of all types of interest in land and property directly.
* Dispose of surplus assets
* Negotiate and undertake new letting, assignations, lease renewals and reviews.
* Arrange for the acquisition of land and property

Desirable Experience:

* Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors or equivalent ( MRICS )
* Experience of making the case for investment / acquisitions / disposals in general for capital projects
* Experience of Developing or maintain corporate asset management plans
* Experience of undertaking valuations
* Experience of electronic property management systems.
