Charge Nurse

Eliza Jennings, a nationally recognized leader in person-centered care, is seeking a PRN CHARGE NURSE, at its Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Community, located on the Westside of Cleveland. WE HAVE CURRENT OPENINGS FOR DAY SHIFT 7:00AM - 7:30PM AND NIGHT SHIFT 7:00PM - 7:30AM.

This position is responsible for coordinating the activities of nursing assistants to ensure resident's needs are met, complete initial and ongoing nursing assessments needed to plan care interventions, administer direct resident care including medication and communicate with resident's family about changes in conditions.

Requirements include:

- Licensed Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Ohio.
- Minimum of 3 years long term care experience with at least 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Written and oral communication skills; demonstrated listening skills.
- Ability to manage multiple, complex priorities with demanding time frames; strong organizational skills.
