Channels Officer

A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Channels Officer to work or a large-scale project. Your will be responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of a range of communication channels including Internet, Extranet, Intranet channels, mobile devices, social media and tools to provide accurate information to their customers.

YOUR DUTIES:

- Source, write and publish content on internal and public facing channels and ensure content is current, relevant, in line with brand guidelines and reflects customer insight.
- Develop and coordinate the writing, creation, updating, auditing, and reviewing of web content.
- Assist the Channels Manager with maintaining and analysing a log of web channel issues arising from user feedback and making recommendations for improvement to systems and processes
- Maintain strong working relationships with Business Units and provide advice on options for digital marketing strategies
- Analyse and report on web usage and analyse web channels
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures relating to the use of a variety of information channels

YOUR BACKGROUND:

- Knowledge and experience of web technologies such as content management systems, search engines and web analytics tools
- Strong understanding of website usability, and experience in web content writing and editing, page content layout and design
- Ability to interpret communications and incorporate initiatives for an online environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
