The Channel Manager will be primarily responsible for introducing and educating new users within the hard of hearing and hearing loss community about products and services.
Job Description:
Planning, scheduling and conducting presentations to educate users about captioned telephone services and general telecommunications services. May require working one-on-one with elderly and hard-of-hearing community.
Willing to provide monthly report on activities.
Willing to travel and work a variety of hours and some weekends.
May interact with various state government agencies including Public Utilities Commission staff and Advisory Council members.
SKILLS
American Sign Language, Strong organizational skills, Ability to work with elderly, Ability to work with hard of hearing people, Strong written & Verbal Comm. skills, Computer literacy & Presentation skills
