For a major international client in the Lausanne-Vevey region, we are looking for a:

CHANGE & TESTING COORDINATOR - MARKETING & SALES, SAP CRM

You will act as Sustain Manager, Change Coordinator and Testing Coordinator for our client's Marketing & Sales (Design and Build) team, providing services to end-users.

Responsibilities will include:

- Test coordinator for all Customer Planning and Management, Brand Planning and & Management and Field Sales releases, support packs, Kernel updates etc.
- Monitor IM's, TPR/RM, RC's and OSS queues for Marketing & sales based on Service Manager, Service Center, Solution Manager. Enable Day to day prioritization and follow up of open items for the sustain team offshore and onsite
- Drive the sustain team continuously to reduce time on resolution of incidents and TPR's and eliminate Route Causes
- Provide reports - daily and weekly on overall progress of Incidents and TPR's 
- Escalation Management - act as key point of contact for escalations to Sustain Team
- Provide Incident Management Processes Documentation/training for M&S teams
- Responsibility for enforcement/adherence to Change Management processes in Marketing & Sales
- Provide expertise in Change Management processes
- Initial validation/filtering/QA of each Change Requests in the alignment/func release cycle
- Perform the Change Quality Gate review of each Change
- Impact analysis and validation for all changes before release
- Be responsible for M&S L3 teams Change Requests, monthly and quarterly release cycles
- Particiate in Key Service Management projects and initiatives to provide feedback and improve practices

Candidates interested in this position must be able to demonstrate:

- Experience with SAP CRM 7.0, including Knowledge of Trade Promotions Management, Brand Planning and Management and Field Sales
- Expertise in evaluation and management of SAP Support packs and system upgrades 
- Expertise in Incident Mangement practices and ways of working
- Expertise in Change/Release Management processes
- Strong Project and Program Management skills

THIS IS A CONTRACT POSITION WITH AN INTERNATIONAL CLIENT FOR ONE YEAR IN THE FIRST INSTANCE. THE CLIENT IS LOCATED MINUTES FROM LAKE GENEVA, CLOSE TO LAUSANNE. INFO-TECH WILL PROVIDE ADVICE AND SUPPORT THROUGH YOUR RELOCATION IF YOU ARE WORKING IN SWITZERLAND FOR THE FIRST TIME.
