Voor onze klant in Brussel zijn we op zoek naar een Change & Release Coordinator.Position Change & Release coordinatorPosition and Environment / Purpose of the positionThe IT department is responsible for setting up and maintaining an IT infrastructure
and application landscape that fulfills our customer'spresent and future needs. We aim at achieving this by striving for an agile architecture, governanceexcellence and cost leadership.As Change & Release coordinator you are responsible for the good
functioning of the change & release processes. Youreport to the ICT Governance manager. Some of your key activities are :- You contribute to the improvement and development of the change & release process and procedures in line with our
customer'sManagement System Guidelines and ensure execution of them during releases and daily change handling.- You report on the service delivery of the ICT department on incidents & changes handling and releases.- You assist the ICT governance manager
in the Change Acceptance Board.- You are responsible for the management of our ticket & time entry tool Omnitracker.- You create a consolidated runbook for each release based on input from project managers, implementation & testteams.- You create,
maintain and ensure execution of the release plan for each release. This plan includes the runbook,milestone (eg. refreshes, dry runs, PIT, UAT), business outages, communication plan, stakeholders overview andresources.- You coordinate release activities
accros project teams, external suppliers and application teams.Due to the planning of our releases you must be flexible and willing to work weekends when required.Skills Good knowledge of Dutch, French and English. Good communication and presentation
skills Experience in energy sector is a plus. Innovative thinker, with strong analytical skills Demonstrates ability to work effectively as part of a team in a customer-focused environment Results oriented and self-motivated with the ability to follow
through on tasks/responsibilities with a relatively lowdegree of supervision Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and to remain focus whilst workingunder pressureEducational Background Preferably Bachelor
or Master in I.T. (or equivalent by experience) At least 3 year experience, within a large-sized company, in a similar position
