THE COMPANY

You will be working for one of the largest digital marketing services in Australia. Based in Melbourne CBD, conveniently located close to public transport, this company is recognised as a leader in their field.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Change and Process Analyst you will:

- Perform cross functional analysis across people, process and systems applying the relevant change management and business readiness tools and methodologies where appropriate
- Analyse and develop processes and work instructions
- Undertake activities on behalf of stakeholders for relevant programs of work, projects, change requests, tactical initiatives, productivity improvements and cost reduction initiatives ensuring successful transition
- Understand and negotiate needs and expectations of stakeholders to achieve a positive cross functional outcome
- Propose and implement process improvements, to enhance the effectiveness of business operations, productivity improvements and cost reduction
- Apply the scoping and application of appropriate change management and business readiness methodologies and techniques
- Perform cross functional analysis and conduct process and work instruction impact assessments
- Deliver processes (Level 1-5) and work instructions
- Ensure design outcomes are based on customer centric principles
- Deliver high level and detailed business impact assessments
- Identify and manage risks and issues

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

As the ideal candidate you will be able to demonstrate:

- Proven and in depth experience in both Change Analysis and Process Analysis
- Experience in delivering processes (Level 1-5) and work instructions
- The ability to think logically, creatively, analytically and make sound business decisions
- The ability to perform under pressure, be organised, prioritise effectively, achieve difficult targets, deliver on time, deliver high quality outputs and remain calm under pressure
- Strong communications skills, both written and oral, with the ability to articulate complex processes and critical issues, and to lead change
- Strong experience in successful management of stakeholder expectations
- Experienced in producing high quality documentation
- Strong decision making skills and the ability to accept responsibility willingly
- Ability to work co-operatively with vendors, staff, contractors and other teams
- Knowledge and ability to use change management tools such as change readiness analyses, opinion surveys, etc.
- A good understanding of project and process management methodologies
