Change PMO/Account Management - Speaks Mandarin

This amazing opportuninty provides candidates with the possibility of working in Shanghai for up to three months, with possibility to extend. My client a leading International Consultancy company has three month contract for a Project Coordinator to be involved in a change program for a sales team. My client needs somebody who can speak Mandarin. This person will need to have the ability to stand in front of a room and give coaching and advice. The successful candidate will be acting as a mix of project coordinator, sales support, and account management. Essentially, the person will be working with large sales teams helping the consultancy team onsite deliver this change. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

- Ensure the Transition activities can take place in a timely and coordinated manner
- Manage the creation of key reports and necessary escalations to all stakeholders (Account Management)
- Build excellent and credible relationships with consultancy and sales staff
- Arrange class-rooms, conduct classes on sales techniques 
- Work in Shanghai for up to three months

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS: 

- Experience of project support and delivering on an international setting 
- Must be able to speak Mandarin (Essential)
- Proficient MS office skills 
- Experience in a similar field of between 3+ Years
- Strong organization capabilities, plus excellent communication skills
- Relevant academic and/or professional qualification
