Change Manger Wanted in the Hague

We are currently searching for a senior change manager to work in The Hague for 6 months + extensions. This is a fantastic contract opportunity for a large multi-national client.

The role will support the role out of Application Portfolio Management process and IT system to a new group who are unfamiliar with the process and currently have different ways of working. The role will be responsible for planning and delivering change activities to various groups of stakeholders to build awareness and embed the new process tools and ways of working.

The role will also be required to develop and deliver training material for the roll out of training to these groups with 2 groups of sessions planned in August to coincide with tooling launch and October to coincide with process launch. The resource will be required to work across multiple teams and projects involved in the delivery to ensure coordination and awareness needed for a successful roll out and should be experienced in change management and training delivery.

It is seen as additional benefit if the resource has experience in process development and embedding as they may be required to support the ongoing update and expansion of current processes needed to include a wider audience that will fall in scope of the processes. Day to day activities will see the resource drive change needed for the process, structure and develop content from existing material and training and support updating existing Application Portfolio Management Processes
