Fantastic opportunity for a Change Manager to work on a high profile Technology Change Programme affecting multiple Geographies.

The project is looking to review, refresh and publish a new way to manage Technology projects, with a view to implementing a revised SDLC methodology, which will require significant people change management around new processes/ways of working.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Management of the delivery and embedding of organisational change in relation to a major refresh to the Systems Development Lifecycle Methodology within Technology

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

- It is essential that candidates have experience of implementing change initiatives impacting large numbers of employees, with geographic reach, particularly in Asia Pacific. (Change initiatives impacting 3000+ staff/both project and BAU, across multiple geographies)
- Organisational change experience within a financial services Technology-centric environment is essential
- Working knowledge of change management activities and techniques. Competent communication, facilitation, interpersonal and team working skills including a good level of influencing ability.
- Demonstrated management ability, energising staff to engage and support change through partnering and collaborative working with focus on customer and business value and delivering benefits
