CHANGE MANAGER - STOCKHOLM/SWEDEN
A CHANGE MANAGER is required for our client in Telecommunication based in Stockholm, Sweden, on a contract basis, start as soon as possible. It will possibly turn to a permanent position after several months. GOOD SWEDEN AND ELIGIBILITY TO WORK IN SWEDEN IS REQUIRED for this role.
You will be a member of the Quality Management Team which has the overall responsibility to ensure highest possible network quality for the end users.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage changes to the network with minimum disruptions
- Evaluate the risk and impact of Change Requests (CRs)
- Follow up CRs ordered by the Customer and ensure that they are implemented according to SLA
- Track and control the CRs in ticketing system
- Interface with relevant teams such as RAN, Core, Transmission etc.
- Establish and follow efficient procedures for controlling the CRs
- Participate as Member of Change Control Board
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent knowledge in mobile (2G,3G,4G) and/or fixed Telecom
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication and social skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English and good knowledge in Swedish
- Familiar with BMC Remedy
- A thorough, organized and methodical approach to work
- Experience in project management
- More than 5 years of working experience in Telecom
- Degree in Telecommunications or similar
