Change Manager- SC Cleared- Transformation/Stakeholder- Liverpool

SC CLEARED CHANGE MANAGER (TRANSFORMATION/CHANGE PROJECTS, BENEFITS REALISATION AND STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT) REQUIRED FOR AN EXCITING 5 MONTH CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY WITH OUR PUBLIC SECTOR CLIENT BASED IN LIVERPOOL, NORTH WEST.

The successful candidate will be RESPONSIBLE FOR IDENTIFYING CHANGE MANAGEMENT REQUIREMENTS. This will include the production of policy, processes, procedures, working practices and supporting guidance to promote effective Change Management from concept to execution and review. The Change Manager will Plan, manage and monitor the implementation of changes, including impact assessment, resource analysis, conflict resolution and contingency planning.

IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY YOU MUST BE SC CLEARED AND BE AN EXPERT IN CHANGE MANAGEMENT CONCEPTS AND PRACTICES.

Looking for someone who is confident in methods and techniques for risk management, business impact analysis, counter-measures and contingency arrangements, particularly relating to the serious disruption of IT or business services.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE ROLE:

Must have experience of managing complex transformation and change projects including 3rd party suppliers and within a programme environment

Must have experience of managing change with executive level stakeholders

Must have recent experience of developing a benefits realisation plan and reporting regime
