Change Manager (S27) - Business Change Management Process

FinXL IT Professional Services is an innovative Australian owned company providing our clients with technology enabled business solutions and consulting services.

We have an immediate requirement to join FinXL and provide Change Management Services to our large Sydney based client.

Objectives:
The objective of this exercise is to select a change management partner who will manage the business change management process for the Exchange 2013 Upgrade project.

SCOPE AND DELIVERABLES:

- Lead & coordinate the business change management coordinate activities
- Assess the business change impact & complete business change management assessments
- Identify & prepare risk mitigation
- Identify and manage anticipated resistance

The successful candidate will produce the following deliverables:

- Management of the business change management activities
- Business Change Management Plan & Schedule 
- Documented & Released Communications
