The Organisation:

 across a number of industries including Telecommunications, Government and Finance.

The Role:

FinXL currently are looking to engage an experienced Process Analyst to work on one of their key client sites based in the CBD
This is a unique opportunity to work for a growing International client that seeks innovation on all projects.
The position will suit someone who is delivery focused that likes to work in a collaborative team environment and drive the success of an organisation.
To be successful, you will need to have demonstrable commercial experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM)

Skills and Experience required:

Past experience in Program Management
 Experience in end to end Change stream
 Solid understanding of the phases of change eg implementation readiness
 PROSCI or equivalent certification
 Experience delivering communication and execution plans
 Telco background is a bonus but not essential
