Projektbeschreibung
The team are responsible for effecting Change across IT and following the impact trail of things like regulatory reform to relevant Stakeholders. They are a collaborative, highly efficient team that come from Banking and consultancy backgrounds.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Impact analysis and documentation of CCR change across the business and define the impact management
- Develop and deliver Change plans
- Support Change Management methodology, tools and practices with a view to the identification and mitigation of people related risks
- Development and support of project communication to sponsors, stakeholder etc.
- Identify training needs and address these with appropriate training
- Build change management capability of project and business stakeholder
- Contribute good OCM methodology application to the team
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Financial Services experience or consultancy experience, ideally in regulatory reform
- Acute attention to detail
- Highly effective business communicator both written and verbal
- Good knowledge of Multi-Media communication mediums
- Consultancy background will be highly regarded
