To be successful you will;
- Be an experienced Change Manager of Project Manager (Change management or Project Management)
- Have experience of systems such as Dimension, ThinkFolio, Bloomberg
- Basic financial product knowledge (fixed incomes, equities, derivatives)
- Understanding of system life cycles
- Knowledge of planning and testing tools and methodologies (manual and automated)
- Implementation and risk management plans
- Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills
- Process improvements, planning, system changes
You may come from an asset management or investment banking background or a software vendor supplying to the financial services industry.
