My blue chip client based in Singapore are looking for a Change Manager with experience in Process Outsourcing.
To suit you will have ideally 5 years years of change management process outsourcing experience of functions like customer service, order entry, etc to places offshore.
This is purely a process transformation/change management effort and not focused on IT or ERP such as SAP
My client are outsourcing jobs from Europe to Asia in the customer service/order entry areas offshore and need someone to help with change management planning, communications, etc internally.
