Change Manager - People Side of Change - Banking - AML Programme

CHANGE MANAGER - PEOPLE SIDE OF CHANGE - BANKING - AML PROGRAMME

We are recruiting for a Change Manager for a Top Tier Bank.  People Side of Change (PSoC) experience is essential for this role, alongside proven Change Management experience.  AML/Risk experience would be highly desirable also as it will be part of a major AML programme.

- Provide initiation, definition, delivery and closure of projects
- Manage projects within the Programme portfolio
- Manage a team of Business Analysts
- Provides project management expertise and leads key project workstreams, working with the full project life cycle
- To deliver projects which directly contribute to the strategic objectives and demonstrate an understanding of the organisational impact of change
- Ability to assess change drivers, translate them into viable projects and identify threats & opportunities

Essential for the role

- Significant Change Management experience into Banking
- People Side of Change PSoC essential
- Functional knowledge of Operations
- Organisational change is essential
- AML/Risk/Fraud highly desirable
