Change Manager - Payments/Billing

We are currently in need of a Change Manager who must have experience in Billing.  Billing is an important component to ensure that the SEPA end solution is implemented correctly and that the expected revenue streams are billed correctly to the clients. A large part of this is to ensure that the migration from Legacy billing to SEPA billing is executed correctly; therefore a dedicated Billing PM is requested to manage the end to end process with relevant stakeholders.

You will need to be able to engage directly with the SME's, both Business and Technology, to deliver the necessary analysis and changes in a short timescale. It is therefore urgent that a resource is allocated to support these billing activities. Key stakeholders, Product management, Operations, Client Service along with the majority of the Change SEPA team are all located in NL.

Experience - Candidates will normally have the following:
Experience in the SEPA would be nice, but Billing is more important!
Significant Change Management experience
Functional knowledge of Operations and related Technology
Project Lifecycle planning and delivery of projects of between 3-9 months duration
Experience of managing and controlling costs to a budget successfully

Other Significant Role Requirements: Any further key factors which have a bearing on a candidate's ability to perform
Use of an established project management methodology ensuring formal tracking of projects and a clear audit trail
Requirement to travel will feature
