Change Manager - Part Time

This large, well known organisation requires an ORGANISATIONAL CHANGE MANAGER for an initial 3 month contract. The Change Manager will play an integral role in helping design, coordinate and run the day to day change activities as identified in the change plan.

This role will be required to work across a number of initiatives to drive organisational change, where they will be expected to partner with internal & external stakeholders.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL BE ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE THE FOLLOWING:

- Minimum 5 years practical experience actively managing & delivering change
- Experience in designing change plans & communication plans
- Good documentation and communication skills
- Government background preferred not mandatory
- Ability to liaise with users across the organisation
- Experience in identifying risks and issues in projects
