Change Manager - Multiple Roles - June 2013 Contract

A fantastic opportunity has become available for experienced Change Managers within a Government Department for a long-term contract role.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Definition and establishment of a Change and Communications Strategy and implementation plan;
- Analyse and manage organisational change impacts on staff and other stakeholders resulting from the project changes;
- Maintain effective communication with a range of business areas to understand and communicate the user experience of change;
- Prepare high and detailed level business impact assessments;
- Determine business readiness; and
- Assist in developing and delivering appropriate communication, training and post-implementation solutions.

SKILLS:

- At least 2 years hands on experience working in an organisational change management role, ideally managing workforce changes;
- Highly developed communication, liaison, negotiation and conflict resolution skills;
- Manage high workloads and accomplish goals within tight deadlines;
- Ability to translate strategy into action plans, and implement those plans; and
- Ability to recognise and act on opportunities.
