Tasks:
Drive the business impact analysis and business process design activities within large transformation programs
Plan, structure and deliver all elements of business readiness required to facilitate large transformation programs (communication, process re-engineering, training, stakeholder management, gap analysis, etc..)
Gather requirements for business capability changes (process, products, IT functionalities) and structure them into management level overviews to communicate change
Conduct analysis to determine best path for solving business problems/opportunities that may include process improvement, systems enhancement, user training, and/or software procurement
Engage with senior stakeholders to understand and facilitate decision making on solution options
Build an overview of the company wide business processes and capabilities to be used as basis for guidance of change initiatives; provide business architectural oversight to projects

Skills:
Passionate about business analysis and the link between enterprise strategy, business process & functional design, and the IT capabilities supporting them
A strong motivation to hands-on lead business change initiatives by conducting business process design and driving problem resolution
At least 5 years experience in facilitation and documentation of business requirements, processes and functional changes, as well as proficiency in using BPM techniques and language
Experience and ideally formal education in business change management
Proven track record of successfully engaging with senior stakeholders to facilitate decision making and to articulate strategic objectives
Proven track record of designing functional solutions that align business requirements across multiple departments with IT technologies and architectures
Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills: chairing meetings, facilitating workshops, presenting to senior stakeholders, and building personal networks
Ability to work independently and be the driving force behind change initiatives and diverse international teams
At least 5 years experience in the energy industry and understanding of front-to-end processes
Fluent in English
