Aufgaben:

- The main task in this project is managing changes within the datacenter consolidation program.
- There are three major work streams:

1. the setup of the target datacenter infrastructure,
    2. the preparation and execution of the application moves into the new location
    3. establishing of disaster recovery functionality for the basic infrastructure services and the business critical applications.

- The three different areas of change are in scope:

1. changes to the overall program (budget, time, scope, quality)
    2. changes to the "move scope" - i.e. changes to servers, applications, etc. which will be moved
    3. changes within the operational change process of the client - e.g. regarding operational changes due to servers being operated in the new environment

Skills:

- You have strong experiences in Service Transition Processes / Service Management with focus on change management
- As an experienced change manager you can proven your skills with a ITIL V3 Foundation or comparable (Agile, etc.) certification.
- Proven ability to drive faster change and adoption through project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.
- Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Excellent active listening skills.
- Problem solving and root cause identification skills.
- Strong analytic and decision making abilities.
- Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization.
- You are also a team player and able to work with and through others.
