WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Accountable for the change activities within the program.
- Define the appropriate change initiatives to manage the impacts of the change and the change risk mitigation options.
- Shape the change enablement solution, and oversee the implementation of the solution.
- Serve as subject matter expert with regards to implementing change
- Develop and update the Change Plan with consideration of the Stakeholder Analysis and Change Impact Assessment to enable a successful transition to the target state.
- Change Manager will lead stakeholder management activities.
- Identify a list of key stakeholders and stakeholder groups, and define their goals and expectations, including their levels of commitment and ability to influence the change process.
- Change Manager will identify the current performance issues of the organization to be addressed in the target state.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Experience developing the change acceptance strategy to ensure the intended change implements successfully.
- Experience assessing and classifying impacts of the change on stakeholders and stakeholder groups.
- Experience defining the appropriate change initiatives to manage the impacts of the change and the change risk mitigation options.
- Experience defining the target state by gathering and aligning the capability and behavior requirements, and measure progress towards the target state.
- Four (4) year College degree
