My client, a global insurance company based in the City of London are recruiting for a German Speaking Change Manager to join their Claims Transformation team. Manage all aspects of change associated with the European Claims Transformation across the European Region. Change Management includes business readiness associated with technology and non technology changes, training, communication and employee engagement.

Major Responsibilities:
Responsible for building detailed terms of reference for all aspects of Change Management for Claims Transformation across the Region.
Accountable for creating the delivery plan for business change and training and delivering against these plans.
Work closely with Regional Claims Team, Regional Communications team, Country teams (including but not limited to Claims) and country project managers and engagement teams to shape the scope of business change and get buy in to how it will be delivered.
Accountable for securing a positive impact on employee and customers from Claims Transformation. Baselining, tracking and realisation of qualitative benefits from the future state.
Manage a small team of change professionals in the Regional transformation team and a much larger team of change agents across the Region.
Collaborate with the Claims Communications team to ensure change and comms are closely aligned.
Responsible for all aspects of project management performance for Change Management, including reporting and communication as part of the overall European Claims Transformation.
Ensuring that change methodologies used are aligned to the business
wide tools and processes through close interaction with Talent Management team in EMEA.

Skills/Experience/Requirements:
Demonstrable success in change management associated with large corporate organisations in Europe undergoing fundamental and widespread change to organisation, processes, technology and culture. Experience of working with financial services companies.
Proven track record of improving and sustaining employee engagement
A strong track record of project management (5+ years) with focus on delivery of results, meeting deadlines and achieving against benefits.
A team player, with experience of delivery across a diverse, virtual team across Europe. Proven experience in managing multiple different stakeholders.
Excellent facilitation and communication skills - written and verbal. European foreign language skills a distinct advantage.
Demonstrates an understanding of critical customer requirements and of barriers to change in corporate environments and how to overcome them.
Regular European travel.
