Title: Change Manager (Human and Business Change Management - Not and IT Change Manager)

Location: Basingstoke

Rate: £300 - £375 per day + VAT

Duration: 3 months initially - long term programme - circa 18 months +

My client is a large FTSE organisation undergoing a number of transformation programmes. We require a strong HR/Business Change Manager to join this new IT and BUSINESS CHANGE FRONT OFFICE Transformation programme.

To be considered for this role you must have knowledge and experience with;

Similar roles where you have been a Business/Soft Change Manager (not an IT change Manager, Not process or systems)

Needs to understand and be able to communicate How change happens - what is best practice to implement change?

Good understanding of delivering business change with people and ensuring the change happens

Good working knowledge of Benefits and realisation cases

Must be able to create reference documents of Impact of Change, Human impact assessments,

Preferable a background in Human Resources
