The main purpose of the role will be to work as a spoke' to the Central Change team hub' to help deliver change at local sites/functions, whilst utilising central approaches and tools and building those through local adaptations.
Scope of change includes introduction of a new HR Operating Model, an updated HR Portal and new ways of working/engagement with HR. Besides the impact on HR, there is a big impact on the HR Customers who will no longer have the same level of on-site HR support and in some instances will have to increase their level of self service.
Key activities will include:
- Support site/function specific Impact Assessment for Line Managers (Capability/Capacity)
- Support gap analysis between as-is and to-be with site specific input
- Drive and manage site specific readiness
- Manage site specific communications, education and engagement plan
- Identify and support delivery of any site required training that is required following gap analysis.
- Work closely with site change champions, helping them to prepare for their role post go-live
- Monitor post go-live progress and drive early improvements
- Capture lessons learned
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
- Change Management experience, preferably in an HR (Transformation) environment
- General understanding of HR processes
- Broad change experience: Comms/Training/Change Impact/Change Readiness
- Self starting attitude
- Results oriented/Organised and accurate with a natural inclination for attention to detail
- Risk focussed
- Team Player
- Ability to work decentralised from central team but stay connected
