JOB TITLE: CHANGE MANAGER

LOCATION: HAGUE, NL

DURATION: 6 + MONTHS

START DATE: IMMEDIATE

THE CHANGE MANAGER SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

- Experience of managing technology enabled change across other organisations of a similar size and scale to Shell eg dealing with multiple countries/time zones and also across diverse user communities;
- Excellent stakeholder communication and management skills - different GR regions/countries will be at different levels of IM maturity and will likely have different views on the benefits of improving the way that GR manages its information;
- Excellent workshop (including virtual) facilitation skills;
- Good training design and development skills;
- An understanding of the information management life cycle eg from creating or receiving information, classifying, storing, searching and retrieving, using the information and finally disposing of the information.
- A working knowledge of SharePoint 2013, not expert though as the others in the project will have that expertise.
