From short term projects to multi-year transformations, we have been the agency of choice for leading European companies the last 10 years. Currently I am searching for one of my global clients a Senior Change Manager with experience leading the Talent Management and Training streams of large-scale HR Transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of change management experience and worked on minimum 2 HR transformation programs. Experience in designing transformation and training programs is required. Knowledge in Talent Management and Job Catalogs is a distinct advantage. Project language is English.
