Change Manager Facility Vision 2020 (Brussels)

Je functie: Context
The Change manager will manage the change aspects related to the Vision 2020 (V2020) Transformation program of Facility (FAC).
This V2020 program aims at making evolve Facility towards a broker model that
- will remain in charge of the bank's real estate strategic plan
- will shift towards an intermediary role between Customers and Service Suppliers
- is offering attractive and flexible workplaces and related facility value-added services
All the company Facility entities are impacted.
A fundamental pillar for the V2020 programme is the focus on customer experience and customer journey. Meaning FAC and non-FAC partner.
As this programme innovates in various areas like supplier management, customer communication, co-creation, digital technology-wise, .. , the role
of the Change manager is to cover various actions related to the change management track (awareness/communication, training/transition paths,
sponsorship/coaching) in close collaboration with all stakeholders involved in the Program.
More specifically he/she will be responsible for the coordination of various actions that realise the Cultural, Team and individual required shifts.
Function Description
Priorities for the Change manager:
° Scope: understand the FAC Vision and mission to be future-proof in a bankingdefine mitigation actions; escalate the right risk & issues in a timely manner to operational steering.
° Time: plan and monitor the realisation of the Change roadmap by understanding and managing how each of the constituent projects
contribute to this objective.
° Budget: understand how change actions budgets are structured within the company. Master how various required resource pools/ skills (internal, external) by the Change roadmap are reflected in the V2020
Budget.
° Stakeholder management: Ensure good relations with all stakeholders of the programme. Your job is making people work
together in a professionalpeople; organisation)
° Expertise in Project management
° Coaching
° Ability to move from high-level to hands-on approaches;
° Teamspirit and cooperative mindset;
° Good Communication and Influencing skills;
° Good analytical and synthesis skills;
° Quick self-starter, pro-active attitude
° Perseverance in personal organization;
° Hands-on, practical oriented person
