Change Manager - Digital Transition (m/w/d)

We are currently looking for a Change Manager for the digital transition of one of our customers.

Your Tasks:
+ Facilitate alignment & process definition workshops
+ Contribute with best practices for ‘change on the go’ situations
+ Manage the change process within several IT departments in close co-operation with department heads
+ Ensure that ownership of the new processes is established across the different departments
+ Assure proper communication strategy supporting the change
+ Support creation of complete plan of measures to implement the aligned changes and follow up on the delivery
+ Establish plan how to measure the progress and success of the change

Must:
+ Experience as Change Manager within big enterprises
+ Experience in transforming and setting up processes
+ SAFe Experience
+ KANBAN Experience
+ Experience with assuring flawless collaboration between areas with fully Agile mode of work and classical ones
+ English language

Nice:
+ Knowledge and previous experience in implementing Jira
+ Broad experience with big enterprises is a plus
