CHANGE MANAGER

This is a job opportunity within Government for a contract position. It is also an excellent networking opportunity to move into different projects around the site and develop your career/experience.

This is contract is expected to be for a 6 month period. You will be working closely with a team of consultants to progress activities in support of a change programme currently being undertaken.

DUTIES

Assisting consultancy team with a number of activities as required, including:

- Developing transition plans to detail improvements needed for each Branch to enable more efficient and effective ways of working
- Assist with implementation of the transition plans (yet to be determined) to assist and enable progress
- Assist with production of skills gap analysis
- Assist with organisation review
- Assist with the updating and amalgamation of business processes (previously managed by three separate Teams) into a set of agreed business processes Competent in word and excel, PowerPoint.

REQUIREMENTS

Previous MoD knowledge desirable, although experience in Defence is essential; change management background, business process improvement knowledge and both required.
