My Client, a leading global retail bank, is seeking a highly motivated Change Manager to work on a large scale Transformation Programme. It is essential the successful incumbent will have a strong customer data understanding of data protection and privacy along with a strong understanding of Regulatory and policy initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have:

*Strong stakeholder and Matrix management
*Commercially driven projects and benefits realisation
*Track record of delivering high-quality project deliverables
*Wide range of proven management ability
*Must have good written and communication skills
*Must have advanced skills in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
