Banking client in Northampton require a Change Manager to work on a 6 months contract paying £450/day.
The purpose of the role is to manage the following:
*Correct reporting of customers' statuses to the external bureau on a monthly basis
*Manage the strategy of how the bank defines and reports different statues to bureau
*The effective communication to customers who query their bureau status
The role holder will:
*Manage the CRA reporting activity
*Controls and monitoring to be designed to ensure the bank has an effective process for CRA reporting.
*Involves the balance between the rules that are imposed on the bank by the bureau and the customer experience to ensure that they meet the principles of reciprocity but avoid any undue customer detriment.
*Managing the exceptions process to ensure that customer detriment is avoided with a process to correct bureau reporting where necessary.
*To put in place a robust process to understand performance that mitigates risk where possible through strong management information.
