RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop a detailed 2 year BI program change implementation plan that covers all BI releases.
- Identify, engage and support the management of key stakeholders of BI.
- Conduct a detailed stakeholder analysis per release.
- Conduct a detailed change impact assessment per release.
- Consult and support the communications efforts, training efforts and user support efforts of the BI program.
- Integrate change management activities into the BI program plan.
- Identify, analyse and prepare risk mitigation tactics which may impact the change management process.
SELECTION CRITERIA
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools Prosci Certification and/or change management certification an advantage.
- Experience with large-scale organisational change efforts, ideally in complex environments and ability to work effectively at all levels in an organization.
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal, and ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences and to actively listen.
- Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others.
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere.
- Problem solving and root cause identification skills.
