BUSINESS CHANGE MANAGER - CHESTER - 6 MONTH CONTRACT

CAPITA RETAIL BANKING SERVICES provide bespoke in-sourced and outsourced managed service solutions, specialising in remediation services, customer and debt management as well as mortgage, savings and payroll services.

We are looking to recruit an accomplished BUSINESS CHANGE MANAGER to join one of our most prestigious Financial Services client's onsite in Chester on an initial interim 6 month contract.

The purpose of the role is to ensure all business change is effectively governed and implemented through:

- Co-ordination of the analysis and delivery of all business change within the Operation
- Successful engagement of operational/business resource
- Meaningful stakeholder communication, both internally and externally
- Understanding Client proposed changes and where Capita can assist through value add
- Identification, definition and tracking of impacts, risks and benefits
- Management responsibility for site PMO team
- Acting as a single interface point between Client Change Team and Capita Operation - our Change Manager is the gatekeeper of change requests into and out of the Operation
- Reporting of change activities (pipeline and in progress) to Senior Management Team.

To be considered, we are looking for an experienced Change Manager who can demonstrate the following skills and experience:

- Experience of Change Management and Change Governance within a PMO/PSO style environment; specifically focussing on aspects of Business Change
- Experience of structured approaches to project and programme delivery using Prince II or MSP methodology
- Knowledge of relevant management and business change techniques such as lean, six sigma, business process modellingCustomer focused when dealing with a range of people
- Ability to analyse data, problem solve and make decisions confidently
- A meticulous attention to detail; highly organised and able to manage own workload and team members to meet stretching targets and strict deadlines
- Able to work effectively as part of a management team with effective meetings skills and a proven ability to plan and control
- Numeracy and advanced computer literacy (eg Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook)
- A good degree required or equivalent experience.
